I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TranscribeMe (Pittsburgh, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Basically, I applied online and took their online transcription exam. I received an email that I would be contacted further, and a couple weeks later, I received an email stating my account was active. I was placed straight on a special project and the opportunities for new project placement grew from there. It was a pretty easy and straightforward applying and interviewing process.

Interview
The initial test is fairly simple and didn't take me more than an hour to complete. Now, I believe TranscribeMe has a training test that all candidates have to complete before the get work. I began working on assignments moments after completing the test which was really great! It is also really easy to get work on more assignments through other exams for foreign languages, accents, or medical transcription. Now, the process to becoming a QA has become available to anyone who is already working with the company; all that is required is a passing grade on a QA test similar to the General Transcription training module.

Question 1
Any questions that involved correcting grammar were easy to trip up on. If you take your time they should not be a huge issue.
