"EXAM" is a JOKE. I took it the 1st time, wrote down the questions and my answers in case I got wrong I could know which ones and on the retry test I got some wrong when it said they were right on the first.
The transcribing part I got over 80% and didn't pass any of the three.
Their format is so easy compared to other transcription companies and it doesn't let me pass! B.s. waste of time.

The transcription assessments are graded electronically, and are extremely difficult to pass despite meticulous measures taken as per the style guide. I'm fairly sure I did well, they were quite easy.

The General Transcription (GT) test was significantly more hard to me than the QA test. The only reason I took the QA test was because I failed the GT test the first time around because I missed 1/10 questions that they asked. I would advise taking the QA test if you've failed the GT test, because it seems easier and it takes me less time to get an audio hour as a QA than a GT, especially since all the jobs seem to be unavailable (as a GT)
