Interview
I recently went through the interview process at TransUnion, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The process was structured and organized, which made it relatively smooth.
The initial screening was handled professionally, and the recruiter provided clear instructions on the next steps. The interviews themselves were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were courteous and related to the role.
One area for improvement could be the speed of communication between the interview stages. There were a few instances where I felt the process was slightly prolonged. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
In summary, the interview process at TransUnion was quite decent. The team was respectful and the questions were appropriate, although a more streamlined timeline would enhance the experience.
Firstly, I did a phone call with a recruiter who asked me several questions related to the job position and my past experience, followed by a technical interview and finally one more interview with a manager
2 technical and 1 HR round . Tehnical evaluation was very straight forward and they emphasized only on basic understanding of frameworks and tools I had worked on and during HR evaluation they only validated about my reasons to join their organization. That’s all
