The HR person I worked with was sufficient. She was accomodating with changes in schedules. I am not sure if she was aware of the position I was applying for or not, but seemed to handle just scheduling. The interviews I had were informative and direct.

First I had a phone interview first, where they asked me the generic questions:
why am i looking?
what do i want to do?
why would i fit the role of the job?
Face to Face interview:
I felt like one of many
asked same questions over phone(which i answered the same way) and got a BS excuse about why i couldn't meet the lady that I was originally supposed to meet and sent on my way. Felt like a phony interview...maybe a number filler for the employee.
