Applied online and heard back from a hiring manager like a week later. Received an email scheduling an interview for that afternoon or the next day. The interview was very basic and I'm waiting on a response.

Question 1
Very basic questions: strenghts? weaknesses? where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2012
Interview
Went through three processes and was asked to come in to the office. Noticed the staff was all young and the boss seemed to be disinterested in our meeting even though I had been screened and this was the "last step" or so I was told. Dressed up, brought my resume, and he asked two questions, not even dealing with the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Athens, GA)
Interview
I originally spoke with TransPerfect at a college career fair where they then encouraged me to go and apply through the school's application system. After looking at my resume I was invited to a social "information session" where applicants could speak to current employees about their experiences and ask any questions. An interview was then scheduled electronically.
