I did an initial phone screening and was promised my application would be forwarded to another office. They never contacted me back or declined my application. Their hiring department needs a lot of work and should not be ghosting applicants. It is unprofessional.
Started with a brief interview with a recruiter (15 minutes) . Then I was then was moved forward to interview with a senior director (1 hour) and afterwards an interview with another director (1 hour). All was remote due to COVID.
