I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TransPerfect in Dec 2020
Interview
I had 3 interview rounds. I interviewed with the VP of Sales first. Second, I spoke with the Program Manager who would be my manager. Third, I spoke to another salesperson who has worked at the company for a few years. I had a negative experience because I had to follow-up with the recruiter to get next steps. They told me I had the job, but it took them a month to send me the offer letter.
I applied online. I interviewed at TransPerfect (New York, NY)
Interview
Pretty slow at the beginning. Was contacted by a recruiter a month after I submitted my application. After my initial call with the recruiter, I had another call with one of the team members and a final in person interview with the sales director. The conversation with the sales director turned more about my job search than my background/skills and it was a waste of my time.
