Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

Not too difficult, there were two interviews. Mostly was asked about behavioral situation-type questions. I had no prior retail experience and was able to come up with answers. Know how to talk about your strengths and weaknesses, dress nice, be on time. I was made an offer directly after my interview and started working a week later.

Applied online for a seasonal position. Got a call from them later that day and HR scheduled an in-person interview date. My first choice was Soft Lines but they hired me for my second choice (Hardlines).
