Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

I received a phone call and was asked a few questions regarding my availability and my life priorities, what I currently do. Then was asked when I would be able to come in for a second interview.

I applied online and answered personality type of questions. I got an interview four days after that. The first interview was with team leader and contained situation questions based on experience and common science. The second one was with a manager and everything was over in about 40 minutes.
