Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

Applied online and got a call within the month. I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next week. I went in and spoke to two Team Leaders, one was the human resources director. I was asked a series of personality and work related questions and was offered on the spot.

I got a call, they asked me what positions I was interested in, when my availability was and when I could come in for an interview. I went in, had two interviews in the same day and was offered the job on the spot.
