Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

It was okay I really did not find it hard to answer any questions. The interview process is fairly easy. Just be confident in your answers and you will be fine!

HR and a Team Lead will interview (separately). Questions consist of "name a time when..." A lot of questions challenge you to describe specific situations, like when you failed to meet a deadline and how did you make up for it, or explain the last time you succeeded working on a team and your contribution. Expect a long time to get you worked into the schedule (took me a month before I started working) unless you're being hired during holidays.
