I was interviewed at their headquarters in Missisauga. They were very friendly and welcoming to all the candidates. I think they were doing their best to showcase their comany culture. I went through about 3 interviews at their head office where they asked a lot of behavioural based questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time when you disagreed with someone you worked with and what did you do about it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Bemidji, MN) in Apr 2013
Interview
Target uses the STAR method of interviewing, they ask a questions and they expect you to reply with a good example or situation, explain what the situation was about and why it is relevant to the question, how you dealt with the situation, and how the situation was resolved. If you can master this technique no question is too difficult, they just expect a good strong conclusion. I was only interviewed by one person and am not sure what the norm is.

Question 1
The most difficult question that was asked was coming up with a difficult situation that I resolved and how I resolved it. It wasn't that difficult but it was the hardest of all the questions as I wanted to make my answer as relevant to both retail and "team building" as possible.
