I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Calgary, AB) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a coffee chat with the teams hiring manager, a panel case study and finally another interview with the director. I presented a 20 page case study on implementing automation through Salesforce into the workplace. The case study perfectly matched Telus’ aspirations and goals and directly related to the situation they found themselves in. They had candidates (like myself) present thorough case studies, stole our ideas, and then hired an internal candidate. Scum bags. What a waste of my time and effort and everyone else’s who completed 6 weeks of interviewing and lengthy case studies. Thanks Telus. P.S. Don’t reach out to your candidates and mention that you’d like to stay in touch with them and then ghost them after they seek advice from you. Cheers.
