I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2022
Interview
Loooong, tiring, unresponsive, demotivating, and then they're unsure if they want to hire anyone or not. Can't believe it happened 3 times in 6 months at the same company! Never applying again.
Basically they are trying to find new ideas by giving case studies, close the position without hiring anyone and implement those ideas in business!
Ghosting is a culture, they'll contact you, will tell you that they really like you, will definitely reach out in a few days and then will not get back to you, on following up will ask you to wait, then eventually ghost you. Worse feeling than being ghosted by a gf/bf.
Process:
1. HR screening 2. hiring manager 3. Case presentation, 4. senior director 5. HR

Question 1
Basic questions like why do you want to join, strengths and extra focus on your weakness or something where you made a mistake.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TELUS in Mar 2023
Interview
The lowest quality interview ever. They contacted me on LinkedIn for a Senior Product Manager role. The Job Description I got was not accurate. They were, in fact, looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing people in a call center. The interviewer didn't even bother to open the webcam, barely spoke any English and was pretty rude by the end, because I was the one who wasted his time by not having experience in working in call centers.

Question 1
Do you have experience in managing people? Have you ever worked in a call center?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2020
Interview
1. Hiring Manager Round
2. On-site
- Presentation to a panel of 3 or 4 ppl
- interview with panel
3. HR round
Overall it was mainly behavioral .
The problem for the presentation was an actual problem the team was facing. I had experience working in the same area so I came up with a strategy which involved
1. Listing the problems that were mentioned in priority
2. Picking a problem that I wanted to solve.
3. Showing who the customers would be for that
4. Value add to those customers
5. Edge cases
6. Metrics to measure success
7. Go to market strategy
