I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TELUS
Interview
Applied online via an internal posting from the school I graduated from.
Was called in for an interview.
The interview process began with the Hiring Manager explaining the position, followed by some general questions regarding my experience.
A team member was brought in to assess my knowledge and if I would excel within their current team dynamic.
Basic scenario based questions followed and I was confident by the conclusion of the interview that I would be made an offer.

Question 1
If you were coordinating with two separate contractors, in different time zones and you couldn't get a hold of one regarding a critical decision, how would you prioritize your next steps?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS
Interview
1) Firstly you are going to get a telephonic HR round, in which they ask pretty basic questions about why do you want to join Telus, What are your short term and long term plans, salary expectations etc.
2) Case Study is the most tricky round. You must nail it in order to get to the interview round. One interview happens immediately after the case study. The cases are either from Harvard, Ivey or any other good college, or a live case.
3) 1 or 2 interview rounds depending upon number of applications
Applied via the TELUS Careers Website. Got an email after a few weeks asking for a phone interview. The interviewer gave a description of the position, followed by behavioral-type questions. Got another email after a few days informing that the Hiring Manager would like to have an interview over the phone. The discussion primarily revolved around situational-type questions from a questionnaire and writing down my comments. Strong focus on TELUS Values in both interviews.
