I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS in Nov 2022
Interview
Overall it was a pretty standard interview process. The hiring manager and recruiter asked about your background and about a creative solution that you had come up with, difficult situation that you had dealt with, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Surrey, BC) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a multi-step process with two 30-minute online assessments, a phone screening, and a video recording before an actual interview. It took about two months between my application and getting rejected before being able to take the actual interview.

Question 1
They ask what rotation streams you are interested in.
Typical process that involved 3-4 rounds of various type of interviews. Got through all but the last round, where you were interviewed by a panel of upper-level management. Overall, the experience was what you would expect from a large corporation though - slow, lengthy, and rougher than small/mid-level companies.
