Interview
First, they reached out for a 1 on 1 video interview that focused on behavioral questions.
Next, they gave me a prompt to do a 5 minute video presentation, mine was "What recent technology innovation(s), from companies considered to be among the world’s most innovative companies (e.g., Google, Uber, Facebook, Apple, Amazon, etc.), will have a significant impact on TELUS’ technology future?"
Finally, I had a 1 hour panel interview with an HR representative and a manager in the stream I was applying for, mine was software development.

Interview
After applying online, I received an invitation to complete a video interview where you record yourself answering some HR/behavioural questions. I was invited to a phone interview about a week after completing the video interview. The person interviewing me was 10min late to a 30min interview wasn't friendly at all. She sounded like she was a in a rush to hang up and sounded annoyed when I asked questions.

Interview
4 step process.
First was an automated HR interview with response times of 2 minutes.
This was followed by a 1 on 1 interview with a business consultant.
Next, was a video presentation
Finally, the last step was a panel interview.
