I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2016
Interview
i got a call and said some one will follow up . But no one got back . They started off asking my previous experience and interests . Finally was told that I will get a call from senior manager for final round and no one contacted me. It was through an HR consultancy.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typically there is a quick phone interview with the hiring manager to gauge fit and interest by the potential candidate. If they pass this "round" there will be an interview with a presentation to multiple TELUS teammembers. The content guidelines are provided in advance and the presentation is expected to be more sales-focused. Technical descriptions are good however they must be described in a way to sell the design to a customer. This is a sales supporting job.
