I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schibsted (Remote, OR) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very thorough Interview , consisted of a total of 6 interviews, 4 of them technical: General, DevOps, Coding, Networking/Security,were a bit challenging but went really well, interviewers were really cool and got additional info in the process, besides HR at the beginning and Culture fit at the end. Got my application accepted after 4 weeks in total, and an offer 10 days after.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Schibsted (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2017
Interview
I have been contacted by internal recruiter. He organised a phone call with an engineer.
The first phone screen interview took about 1h. Basic algorithm questions.
After that I have been given a coding test to solve at home.
I finally have been invited for a 4+ hours back to back interviews with no breaks.
Unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. Interviewers clearly did not look at the CV before meeting me and asked very similar questions.
They didn't make me an offer, and I don't really care about that. What really disappointed me is that I did not receive any feedback from anybody (positive or negative) and only after having chased a few times the recruiter I have been told that they froze the hiring process.
Would have been nicer and more respectful to let people know or at least provide a valuable feedback since they wasted 2 full days.

Question 1
Phone screen algorithm question was insertion sort.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schibsted (Remote, OR) in Jan 2017
Interview
It went pretty smoothly at start. I have talk with recruiter in end of December and started interviews in January. From start I've been told that the process is composed of 5 interviews:
1. introduction (mix of all things 30m)
2. devops 1.5h
3. coding 1.5h
4. security 1h
5. cultural fit 1h
But after cultural fit Ive been informed that there is a mistake and I should have system design interview instead. After that 6th interview I have waited 2 weeks for feedback to be informed that I need to have a talk with teamleaders about my fit in the team which was 1h straight interview about CI/CD and other devops kind of stuff.
After all 7 interviews (6 of them went really good - what they said, and one from what I've been told bad but I disagree with it) my application was presented to hiring comitee which decided to reject my because Schibsted already hired two devops in London (I've applied to Barcelona).
Much time, no success. I was really hyped at the beginning.
All this led to negative expierience and kinda of feeling that from the 5th interview forth it was waste of time (mine and their engineers), bad communication and "strange" reason to reject application.
