Interview
Horrible recruitment process experience. Recruiter reached out to me for the Business Development position after I applied. She told me to book a slot in her calendar for the first round interview. On the day of the interview, she rescheduled last minute without explanation to another date and time that week, so I had to rework my schedule again to meet that scheduled time. Once the date of the rescheduled interview comes along, she reschedules again last minute! I emailed her asking why this is happening, and was considering cancelling altogether. She replied back saying she is having issues on her end. Unfortunately she rescheduled the interview on a day that I was completely unavailable (Thursday), and emailed her saying I would like to schedule it on the following Monday and she agreed. Thursday comes along and I get a call from the recruiter, I couldn’t pick up at the time because a) it wasn’t the day of the meeting and b) I was unavailable due to a meeting. She emailed me saying she tried calling me for the interview which I found confusing, so I called her back and she got angry with me that I called her because she was in a meeting (how can you have a meeting if you booked a slot to be available for an interview??). Horrible recruitment process, horrible recruiter, unprofessional, disorganized. Will not recommend this company at all!
