The first two interviews were smooth but the last interview in-person was something else. The interviewer barely looked at me, which kind of threw me off. I did like the fact they offer a guideline of what to expect during the in person interview
I was able to sort of bypass the initial rounds of the interview process thanks to a referral I had received from a former coworker of mine that now works there.
When I walked into the final-round conference room, I recognized one of the interviewers as someone I borrowed money from 2 years ago.
I have no intention of paying that person back so I turned around and left the room without saying a word.
Initial call with the recruiter went great. Received great feedback and was told that they would be moving quickly. Sent a follow up email only to be ghosted. No rejection email 2 months later, no reply nothing. I'm sure they are interviewing a lot of candidates daily but do better!
