I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass in Jan 2016
Interview
I was contacted very quickly after applying by a recruiter. We had a quick phone interview and he wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. It took almost three weeks for them to set up an interview; I understood busy schedules but it seemed like a long time to wait. When I finally did interview, I felt like things went well. The hiring manager kept telling me how much she loved things I'd said and loved some of the items on my resume, etc. Maybe she just uses the word love a lot? Anyway, at the end of the interview she told me they'd finish interviews by the end of the week and we're hoping to move quickly. She explained the next steps would be interviewing with the higher ups. Overall she seemed to end it on a positive note. It's now been over a month and a half and I've heard absolutely nothing at all from either her or the recruiter. I'd definitely say I'm not getting an offer but it would've been nice to have been told that.

Question 1
No real questions; more of a conversation with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
Multiple interviews with general intelligence testing along with simulated customer interactions and skills testing. Interviewer presented the position as a highly rewarding sales position which it was not. It was sold as a chance to make unlimited commissions based on sales efforts. In reality, the commission structure was so obtuse and convoluted it was difficult to grasp. It also had ceiling caps which is absurd in a sales job.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2014
Interview
I was asked 2-3 questions, I read a practice phone call and was hired on the spot. it was very easy and it went by quickly. The man who hired me wasn't the usual guy to do it I was told. He was very nervous. I was more comfortable than he was. He asked me to pick the days I wanted to work and gave me certain times I could work. I was given information on how to get drug tested and went strait there since you only have a couple days.
