I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Westerville, OH) in May 2016
Interview
I walked in and went to the receptionist and you tell her why you're there and then I received a "script" about how a call would be made with a customer on the other line. While I waited to be interviewed, I read over the paper as much as possible. Once I was called back, I was told to complete an assessment in which it would be like being on a call and you would fill in what they would tell you. Such as: name, number, policy number. I got a 16 and was told I did "great" so idk what the cut off is. But then we ran through the script and I was supper nervous and mispronounced words, but in the end everything was fine. I ended up being offered the job after the interview that day and chose my hours but they gave me the days.
I applied online. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Madison, WI) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was called into the shop to speak with the Manager that day. He was pleasant and reviewed the pay and benefits, which at the time sounded very good. I did not know nor was I told that he would be leaving the company before long as well as the attractive bonus program he had reviewed with me. His questions and the whole process was very familiar form letter stuff used by every corporate run company to run people through the mill.
