Safelite AutoGlass Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Everything went well. First was an AI virtual interview that was recorded. Within a day I was offered to schedule my interview with a job coach that went great and I was offered the job at the end. I was told I would hear back from someone to go over the job offer and complete the background check and drug screening but no one ever got back with me. I have been reaching out to HR trying to figure out why I received a rejection after 2 weeks of being offered the job but no response. Finally received an email after 1-2 weeks saying I didn’t pass the assessment - which I did. If this is how safelite handles applicants, I am glad I dodged a bullet.

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.
