I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Safelite reached out to me about a week after I sent in my application. There was an initial phone screen and then I had my in-person interview the next week. The interview was behavioral based. The recruiter was very helpful and communicative during the entire process.

Question 1
Can you describe how you manage handling multiple tasks at a single time?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Chandler, AZ) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was simple, asked basic questions then we did a role play of a phone call to ensure I would be able to follow script and express empathy to the customers.

Question 1
How have you resolved an issue with a customer at one of your former employers?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass in Feb 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter with Safelite who recommended I apply to the position. Once I applied, I received a call back 30 minutes later. Set up the interview for the next day. Interviewer was 30 minutes late.
Checked in to the front desk and was given a Verbal Script. Walked straight to a desk within the call center to do an assessment (basically to see if you can retain information and use a computer.) After the assessment, the interviewer acted as a customer while I recited the script given to me. I have 5 years of call center experience, so this was nothing new and no problem for me. Interviewer then asked typical interview questions (listed below.) You are expected to do the training for the Claims Adjuster license on your own time, not at work. Apparently, this is also quite extensive.
*I recommend reading other reviews for interviews and employees of this position as well, they are accurate. *
Posted as a full-time position, but not. The hours are 5 days a week, no consecutive days off. One 8.5-hour day and four 6.5 days (so you get one lunch for 30 minutes only on your 8.5-hour day... then two 20-minute breaks.) So that's barely 35 hours a week, just under full time (probably so they don't need to provide benefits.)
Received a copy/paste email stating they are moving forward with other candidates with no other explanation. Honestly surprised I was declined, but also relieved as I'm over qualified for the position and have other offers from companies making a significant amount more.
