Mine was a zoom interview that had me answer general interview questions like tell me about yourself? Then after a couple of questions I had to read a paper which is some scripting you needed to sometimes read on the job. My boss said that personally she looks for people who she would want on her own team, so be positive and friendly

The interview is in two parts. The first will be with the recruiter around 30 minutes it was very brief not too many questions and they give you a bit of background around the role. I then had a second interview the following day through Zoom with the call centers job coach. Very standard interview questions and the company makes it a seamless process, and both had great attitudes.
