Interview
The interview is in two parts. The first will be with the recruiter around 30 minutes it was very brief not too many questions and they give you a bit of background around the role. I then had a second interview the following day through Zoom with the call centers job coach. Very standard interview questions and the company makes it a seamless process, and both had great attitudes.

Very easy, lots of star questions so be ready. Go in there with a positive attitude and you have the job. Don’t overthink it and just be yourself. I prepared a lot of what if questions and they definitely came in handy. Also do your research on the company

Interview
I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
