SC Johnson interview questions

J'ai été contacté par les RH pour un premier entretien puis entretien avec le manager. Il s'agit d'un process de recrutement classique avec pour l'entretien manager une étude de cas.

Multiple phone interviews leading to a 3 round skype interview that were all 2 on 1. Each call lasted about an hour in total. Skype interviews STRICTLY followed their outlined behavioral interview questions per their website. During all but one of the interviews it was very clear that they were reading directly off a prompt with no deviation. The people interviewing were nice, but the interviews were difficult due to the solidity of the structure not allowing for a clean flow of conversation.
