Interview
Seems like interviewers have specific checkboxes that they need to check off. If you don't hit enough of them, you'll fail even if you solved the questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling in Mar 2023
Interview
Round 1- Call with recruiter. Talked about my experience and technologies. Round 2 - Tech screen and design. Round 3 - Non=technical interview with the hiring senior manager. He seemed very clueless and did not seem like had any software engineering experience. Was trying to act funny like he has been a developer all his life. I answered all his dumb questions. His only questions were about how fast can you finish projects. From the interviews I could see the poor quality of senior manager. After this interview had serious doubts about the engineering culture and the quality of managers.
