They sent a fresher to interview 10 years exp candidate. Very standard problem he expected only one use case to be implemented and but coded all of the scenarios and yet got rejected. Throughout the process he was silent, then in middle I explained what I am trying to achieve even then also he didn't said anything about solution. If you are experienced candidate ask them send someone who is sensible enough to take interview not some fresher junkie.

the interview process was of one week. after every interview there was feedback given mostly within 6 hours. You are judged based on some scorecard built by them using the feedback. Although they lacked in giving proper feedback. rejections are always accepted with proper feedback.
