Rippling interview questions

Started off with a quick call with the Recruiter to discuss about the fit. After that I was scheduled for a technical round interview with a software engineer from Rippling

The 1st 2 rounds of interview were good and was taken by Director and Manager from the US team. The interviewer from US treated me with respect and loved my profile. The last round of interview was taken by a person from India who was not even qualified to interview me. He had lesser exposure to the industry and was not qualified enough. I got an rejection email from the HR and when the reason asked they stated that I was from ed-tech industry. The irony is the person who interviewed me in the last round was also from the ed-tech industry before joining Rippling.
