Interview
I got a call from HR for onsite interview after applying through an employee referral. Interviews are a good level mostly concentrated on problem-solving. For the second interview, the interviewer didn't know the solution. I explained to him my solution and he was checking it with an example. At last, when he can't disprove my solution. He just let it go and rejected me telling that I didn't give a solution to what he was expecting.

Interview
Rippling is a cool startup, so I thought I should write a review before I forget!
I applied for the job through their website and got in touch with Adam and the cofounder. I got to see their pitch deck and it was very impressive!
We had a Q&A session during the first Google Hangout. Chatted about my background. It was good to hear that most of their engineers were founders before. Each team own a product area and is like a small startup. Engineering driven culture. A combination of these things are rare!
The second Google Hangout was one system design + one medium-level coding question. I felt they might have tweaked the interviews a bit for me since I told me that I am not good at answering algorithm questions.
In general, very promising startup, great people!
