Interviewed with 3 team members and never received feedback after following up multiple times. Based on the reviews of the company and my own experience, I would stay clear away of this dysfunctional organization.
Typical process, HR screen then coding round (phone screen). Another coding rounds onsite and a system design. Then a project deep dive and team match.
They allow you to use AI in the coding round, which was strange because its a typical leetcode-style question. Claude was able to one-shot it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process usually begins with submitting your resume and a brief screening call with HR or a recruiter to review your background and interest in the role. Next, there may be a skills assessment or test relevant to the position, such as a case study, technical exercise, or problem-solving task. The first-round interview typically involves a manager or team lead, focusing on both behavioral questions and role-specific scenarios. A second or final round may include multiple interviews or a panel, evaluating deeper technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and cultural fit. Successful candidates then receive an offer, can negotiate terms, and complete any required background checks before starting.
