Standard process with denial challenge. Poor delivery feedback and slow response. Had a couple of meetings with recruiter and design team. Challenge was standard but shorter exercise would be more useful.

Interview
I would not waste time with this company. They changed the final interview from a 30, 60, 90-day presentation to a different presentation where the company has roadblocks and needs help. I imagine they are doing this to other candidates too, to help them with difficult areas where they need help. If you ask me, they are "using" candidates.
This was the final project and I feel like I had great ideas and asked for their feedback at the end and both agreed, I did have ideas they could implement. The direct hiring manager said they would get back to me before the end of the same week. It's been over 1 week and a half, and no response. There are other reviews here, that the similar situation occurred --> no response after interviews.
Look at the competitors for open roles, instead of this company. Besides, it's a tell-tale sign that they have over 60% negative interview reviews. I presented to the CRO and the Direct hiring manager of partnerships.
