I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Doral, FL) in May 2015
Interview
There were another three potential employees being interviewed. It was pretty basic asking what I liked about the company and why I wanted to work there. Manager was nice and we also had to take a test regarding things I would do in certain scenarios.

Interview
Applied at a hiring fair. Filled out an application on the spot, submitted that along with my resume and cover letter to the GM. Waited around half an hour and then was interviewed by 3-4 senior managers from across the country. Got a code to fill out an online personality test. Received an offer about 3 weeks later
I had to interview with a total of three people. First meeting was with HR than the direct manager and then that person's superior. The interviews weren't too bad but there was a lot of rescheduling. Also took a a very long time to finally hear back.
