There were another three potential employees being interviewed. It was pretty basic asking what I liked about the company and why I wanted to work there. Manager was nice and we also had to take a test regarding things I would do in certain scenarios.
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.

First you apply online. Then you take behavioral tests and puzzles online. Then, you are asked to come in for a in-person interview. Be prepared to talk about the brand answer questions about your resume.
