I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
It wasn't a one on one interview. It was a group interview and it was really great because standing out wasnt hard. Also being able to feel like there are other people that are interested in working there was a great motivation to want the job more. After that they dismissed us and told us they were going to call us back letting us know whether or not we got the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Tell us how you have dealt with conflict in the past and what have you done about it?
The interview process was inefficient, and needlessly long. I spoke to 4 people about the role and it took months, wish the process had been more streamlined and more clarity on timeline.

Question 1
How will you keep yourself motivated about the work we do?
open dialogue, conversational, personal in style and wanted to ascertain if I would fit the team more than technical skills, approachable and made an effort to be put at ease
I applied online. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Woodburn, OR) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was nice and relax, asked basic questions, and got job offer on spot. I did get referred by a recruiter. No need to stress about it, just be professional and for the dress code I would say casual business.
