It was nice and relax, asked basic questions, and got job offer on spot. I did get referred by a recruiter. No need to stress about it, just be professional and for the dress code I would say casual business.
open dialogue, conversational, personal in style and wanted to ascertain if I would fit the team more than technical skills, approachable and made an effort to be put at ease
