Interview
I first pass the programming proficiency test. Then they give you an online interview where you record your answers using your laptop. They have pre-recorded videos to ask you questions. The experience is pretty bad because there is no human interactions.

Interview
There will be 3 face-to-face interview, one 1 pre-recorded questions and 1 programming test. You also need to show your ILETS/TOEIC/Versant english proficiency. For ILETS 7, TOEIC > 800 is required, anything above or equal to 80% is acceptable.
The pre-compiled questions contains 5 question, for which you will be given 4 minutes each. The programming test will contain an algorithm for you which you have to create a program in any language of your preference.

Interview
Online programming test through Codility, Webcam interview and resume submission for the first stage. Second stage consists of face to face interview at Rakuten's headquarters in Singapore. Third stage was a final interview and confirmation through Skype. The process was quite straight-forward. Interviewers were very friendly and the flight and accommodation was paid for.
