The interview had two rounds. The first round focused on basic questions from DSA, OOPS, and Operating Systems. The second round discussed my interests, tech stack, and projects. There was no HR round. They offered a stipend of ₹25,000 per month.

Interviewer was over an hour late. Asked relevant questions but was fixated on parts of my resume that is not very relevant to the job instead of the work experience that contributes. Had to prompt for an interview outcome.

It's 2 or 3 interview in Tokyo office. All interview was done by Japanese. Almost of all question and process is standard style in Japan. All is 1 on 1 style.
