Rakuten Software Engineer interview questions

The process took a long time. One coding test and three Skype interviews. The first interview was technical interview and the second one was more like a behavioral interview. The interviewer were nice. Between the second and the third interview, I was required to read a book written by the CEO of Rakuten and submit a report.

1st step: Relatively simple online coding test, and Video interview with pre-given questions. You get about 10 days after receiving the link to do the test. If you pass it, you'll be invited for an onsite interview, or by phone.
