Interview
In my interview, there was a manager and a team leader without a technical background.
I had a generic conversation and no technical questions.
They asked me where I live, how much time take to go to work and stuff like that.
Since they are in desperate need of staff because nobody wants to work here, they do not check whether a candidate with the skills necessary to understand this role.
They check if a person is good looking and can have polite conversations.
