Rakuten Project Manager interview questions

It was disorganized and the interviewers did not even know what role I was interviewing for. They were very easy to speak with and open, so over all it was a pretty good experience.

This was back in 2014. I was referred by someone who works at the company (in SF). There was a quick phone interview, probably around 30 minutes. I got invited for a onsite interview for the next week and met with the VP of product for an hour, met with another PM for another hour, met with another PM (mobile) for another hour, and met with the UX designer lastly. Overall, we reviewed my resume together as well as other projects I had been done. They gave me some problems and asked me to come up with a design to solve it, then asked how I would go about implementing this. They also asked me to critique their current shopping website and experience. By the end of the day, I was given an offer.
