This establishes credentials for interview with Middle and Senior Management. If you impress here then you move onto a leadership round, which basically translates to a job offer if everything is in place.

it was a nice experience there.we had a breakfast with other candidates to try and settle down.After that we were assigned supervisor to monitor our conduct.Finally i did a 1:1 interview of which i found it very interesting.
