The interview is a rigorous process which starts with the invitation to take an online aptitude test. After this, Qualified individuals are selected to proceed to the next stage where further verification aptitude test is done. If you qualify at this point, the next step will be group discussion and presentation, manager's interview and finally partner's interview. The process is quite long, it requires those who believe in themselves and can wait for 9-months to start working.
