Interview
Very poor unscientific mode of selection no scientific methodology employed. A human resource round is followed by a written test. This establishes credentials for interview with Middle and Senior Management. If you impress here then you move onto a leadership round, which basically translates to a job offer if everything is in place.
"I applied for a student position at PwC and took the initial online assessment. The test focused on situational judgment and logical reasoning under a tight time limit. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage, so I didn't move forward to the interview rounds."

The online test is fine, 12 minutes to answer 8 questions. Each video interview question has 5 minutes to respond! It was so hard I didn't even know what to say. Hope I could pass this process.
