My best interview experience so far - instead of barely relevant Algorythms 101 sweatshop I've got a homework to do where I could show my best and then we discussed it during the interview. Really liked this format - not only I was able to show up my real coding skills but got a peek into my potential colleagues technical skills - their questions were relevant and showed deep understanding of tech stack - something I'm always looking for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discuss homework. Expect to spend 2-4 hours on it.
Recruiter scheduled a phone screen first and a onsite round.
Phone screen was easy and onsite was for half a day with mostly average question anyone can expect.
Overall interview questions were good
I used HireVue website. It was relatively short and quick. I am excited and hope to hear back from them quickly. I am a little nervous because I tend to perform better when the interview is in person.
