Prudential Financial Advisor interview questions

I first met the hiring manager at a job fair at the Marriott Hotel in Nashville. I was asked to come back where the first interview consisted of me taking a skills test and personality test. I was asked to return again and spoke about the pay and benefit structure and was given a task to list 200 people in which I know and would contact regarding business. The third interview consisting of discussing any questions I had about Prudential and to begin developing a marketing plan. The fourth interview was to meet the president of the Southeastern Financial in Atlanta for a face to face introduction. I was called with an offer a day later.

Went on 1st interview and took test a math,it took 3 hours in total Interview- it dragged. Went on 2nd interview after getting results that i passed, took a sales test then had a 3rd interview with a director- had to do a project 200 which is just giving them your 200 leads- this process sucks !!! They just want your leads!!!!They jut get your hopes up when u really don't make a salary!!!! :(
