I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Warwick, RI) in Sep 2014
Interview
First met recruiter at a job fair, then filed out a fairly detailed application online. After completion of application I had to complete a sales assessment online. After I completed the assessment I did not hear anything for three weeks, then I received a random call from the recruiter offering me an in person interview.

Interview
Met the recruiter at my school's career fair and set up an interview on campus about 3 weeks later. Was offered a second round interview on the spot at the district office. Both interviews were very casual. Some technical questions in the first round followed by more behavioral based questions in the second round. They spent a lot of time going over the compensation because it is largely commissioned base, which is why I eventually declined the offer. I wanted more of a sure thing right after graduation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Coral Gables, FL)
Interview
The process was lengthy and slightly invasive. After many long interviews a 3 hour drive away, I was invited to interview with the trainer. The benefits seem great, and the people are awesome, I just couldn't start my career on purely commission. If there was a base salary, I would have taken the position
