The interview process had 4 steps that were completed within approximately 3 weeks: - quick conversation with the internal recruiter - behavioural interview - technical assignment - technical assignment review session Exceptionally friendly people doing the interviews, really enjoyed the process and the discussions.

Screening call by their talent team was followed up by an initial interview with several of the engineering team. Following that was a technical test, which if passes initial inspection leads to the final stage of interviews to talk to other members of the team and to walk through the tech test; approach taken, discussing improvements, etc. which for me was on-site.
